Order

Once we receive your order, you'll get an email with your order details. Within 2 weeks, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out to us via Whatsapp or goodnight@studiosele.com.



Returns for all items (except mattresses)

Returns for all items except mattresses are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.



Returns for mattresses

Before making a purchase, check out our mattress advice on the product page to find the right firmness for you. If you're still unsure, book a visit to our showroom at Staringplein 13, Amsterdam HERE for a consultation and hands-on experience. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. How to return

To request a return, contact us by sending an email to goodnight@studiosele.com with the following information :

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We'll then arrange for our courier to collect the item you wish to return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.



Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase amount and automatically refunded via the original payment method. You can expect the refund within 14 days of approval.



Exceptions

All custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, your satisfaction is essential to us, and we're open to discussing alternative options to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
